What's your turnaround time?

-Most orders ship within 2 weeks from our shop in Northeast Michigan. We ship using UPS.

What type of file do I need for my artwork?

-We can work with most file types. The best file type for our online designer is a PNG with solid colors and a transparent background at 300 dpi.

What is your max print size?

-Our max print size is 12 inches wide by 17 inches tall.

What type of ink do you use?

-We use high quality premium plastisol ink.

What's your favorite T-shirt?

-With all the different choices to chose from, our favorite T-shirt in our shop is the Tultex 202. When it comes to Hoodies, you cant go wrong with Independent Trading Co.

What are your minimums?

-Our current minimum is 12 garments per design.
